Worked as Lecturer (For Pharmaceutical Microbiology and Biotechnology, Biochemistry and Pathophysiology) in Gitanjali Pharmacy College, Talod, North Gujarat University, since 28th July 2008 to 13th August 2009 with following responsibilities,

Presented a poster titled “DNA Vaccines: A revolution to Vaccinology” at National Seminar on Preformulation: An important Regulatory Aspect for Dosage Form Design at Saurashtra University, Gujarat on November 8 and 9, 2008.

Presented a poster at the International Conference on Recent Advances in Biotherapeutics conducted by Reliance Institute of Life Sciences at Navi Mumbai on February 13 and 14, 2009.

Academic Achievement:
Under the guidance of mine students gave the National Poster and Oral Paper Presentation on “Electroporation: An Efficient Technique of Gene Transfer” and “Novel Innovations in Buccal Drug Delivery System”, respectively at Shree Dhanvantary Pharmacy College, Kim, Surat, Gujarat on 31st January 2009.

Training Description of B.Pharm:
As a part of my B.Pharm, I had three-month industrial training at Elite Pharmaceutical Limited, Vatva, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I had undergone training in process manufacturing and packaging of tablets department.

Project Description of M.Pharm:
As a part of my M.Pharm, I performed six-month project at Gujarat Cancer and Research Institute (GCRI), Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I studied expression of myeloid markers and aberrant lymphoid markers in patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia at diagnosis and during therapy by Flow cytometry under supervision of Dr. Hemangini Vora and guidance of Dr. J. K. Patel.

Genomics Tools: Bacterial and Eukaryotic genomic DNA isolation, RNA isolation, Plasmid isolation, Agarose Gel Electrophoresis, PCR, UV-Visible spectroscopy.
Microbial Tools: Screening and Identification of bacteria, yeast and fungi, antibiotic screening, Cell based assays, Cell culture methods.
Pathological Analysis: Benedict’s Quantitative Test for Sugar Estimation, Estimation of Urea; Sugars; Proteins in Blood and Urine, Blood Group Test.
Bioinformatics Tools: Familiar to DNA and Protein sequence retrieval from biological databases, Swiss PDB Viewer and of a large numbers of tools, resources and Databases available over the WWW for biological analysis.
